Request API access

To connect your system to the DeCA API, contact SERTEC PESAGE support and request registration of your integration.

Registration details

Provide the company using the service, the integration name and, if you want to restrict access, the servers' public outbound IP addresses. Include all addresses used through proxies, NAT or multiple machines.

Support configures your integration and delivers a secure access token through the agreed channel. Each integration has its own credential. An empty IP list permits access from any IP. Request an update before using a changed outbound IP.

First steps

1. Request the token and any IP authorization from SERTEC PESAGE support.
2. Store the token in your server's secure configuration.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN from an authorized IP if restrictions are configured.

sk_test_ tokens use development and sk_live_ tokens use production. Both use the same routes, with independent documents and references.

The organization's document language determines the language of newly generated PDFs. Changing it does not change stored PDFs. The documentation language, JSON field names and English API error messages are independent. The result's document_locale records the language used.

Account and archive

A recovery code belongs to a portal account and does not replace the API token. Account creation requires a passkey, printing or downloading the code, and re-entering it before completing registration.

PDFs are retained for one year and encrypted structured data for four years, from issue or the transport date if later. After a PDF is removed, an authorized person can generate a private copy from the retained data. See Credentials and security for access and recovery limits.

Try without registering an integration

The public demonstration provides a temporary sk_demo_ token to issue DEMO-marked PDFs with fictitious data. It expires after 24 hours and does not generate valid transport documents.
