Link included in the QR. The k secret authorizes access to this document only. No Bearer, session, CAPTCHA or intermediate page is required. Anyone who knows the link can download it. Do not record the full URL in logs, analytics or traces.

Downloads do not expire after 24 hours and are not automatically revoked when the Bearer token is rotated or revoked. The previous QR retains its PDF after a correction; it does not redirect to the new version.

The PDF is delivered with Content-Disposition: inline to open in the browser viewer.

A deleted document returns 404, even with the correct secret.
